Our Story
These efforts, carried out under the leadership of our Association President, Mr Ömer Faruk Sorgun, have strengthened BTİDER’s reliability and institutional reputation not only at the national level, but also on an international scale.
Led by Mr Sorgun and implemented in collaboration with Google, “Experience AI: Artificial Intelligence Training Programme for Teachers” is one of the most recent examples of our Association’s vision to raise conscious, responsible generations who are in harmony with technology.
BTİDER remains firmly committed to contributing to the development of a strong digital society that respects national values and is guided by universal ethical principles.

We aim for BTİDER to become a respected and leading organisation in the fields of information technologies and internet security, both in Türkiye and globally.

Mission
In the fields of information technologies and internet security, we work to prepare all segments of society for the digital world and to enable individuals to interact with technology consciously, safely and ethically.
Through projects based on education, awareness, research and collaboration, we aim to ensure that digital transformation is human-centred, sustainable and accessible.
Through joint initiatives with the public sector, private sector and academia, we take an active and transformative role in the transition towards an information society.
